Drawing in Colour
Using my first few boards as a test, I continued my process of drawing in CMY. Nothing different from my previous process of doing one drawing in monochromatic colour, then shuffling the canvas and layering another drawing in a different monochromatic colour, and repeating that a third time. I not only wanted to test out the continuation of colour but also plan to do a second with use of greyscale to almost critique the differences and compare the two.

Prepping and Painting
Note: I like to prep my boards with wall paint rather than primer as I personally find the surface nicer to work with dry powders in particular. Note: Not all canvases were prepped. A random amount have been left bare. A random amount have one side prepped. A random amount have both sides prepped.

Again making this decision to have them narrower is a conscious decision to go easy on my body as I want

Pillar Plans
After spending yesterday moving my equipment and materials that I think I may need for this project, I took some time to plan out how I could construct these freestanding structures. (Images of plans need to be inserted) I have settled on the plan of having lightweight pillars. The pillars were chosen due to the simplicity but effectiveness of the structure when it comes to the contruction of them, but also the simplicity of the aesthetic of the structure itself. I didn't wan
